MEET KITTY

I have over a decade of experience as a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.

Coming from a family with a deep-rooted passion for martial arts, I have also developed a strong foundation in movement.

As a Movement Specialist, I have a deep understanding of family-integrated martial arts and Qi Gong, which I use to help my clients achieve better physical health and mobility. I am also a qualified Reiki Master and Intuitive Shamanic Healer, offering a holistic approach to healing that integrates the mind, body, and spirit.
